To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1️⃣招牌厚切豬扒喇沙 🐷($70)豬扒名符其實肉厚多汁!而且即炸即起,塊皮卜卜脆得黎裏面嘅肉又熱辣辣香噴噴,仲要鬆軟彈牙,勇士們非常滿意😋😋😋喇沙湯底都算香,椰奶味比較重而辣味唔算多。可以配摻摻,粗粉絲同油麵,勇者就簡左油麵,唔太入味,配粉絲應該會更掛湯🍜值得一提係佢個魚蛋十分彈牙🤤🤤2️⃣滿堂椰漿飯拼盤($68)🍛見到隻太陽蛋個靚仔賣相已經即刻加左分先😍🍳 個飯入面有咖喱牛腩,豬頸肉,雞肉,分量都算大兜。先講下咖喱牛腩,呢到嘅咖喱汁係偏酸而且牛腩有少少鞋,豬頸肉明顯有烤過,個皮有點燒汁嘅甜味,幾香口。另外雞肉有加蒜同葱一齊煎,無雪藏味得黎幾嫩滑🐥。配菜方面花生同魚仔都脆卜卜同埋咸香,撈埋個飯更開胃。但個椰漿飯就無嘜椰漿味,唔講以為比錯白飯😣3️⃣ 印度烤餅 ($30)🫓本身以為係印度薄餅嗰啲feel, 但原來係刈包嘅質感,都叫軟熟,只係配上嘅咖哩汁確實偏酸,亦比較水,所以兩者都唔係話好夾的感覺。。。🦸🏼‍♀️🦸🏼總體而言勇者們都推介呢間餐廳俾大家,餐廳員工好熱情,上菜又快,招牌嘅豬扒亦都十分出色,係勇者們絕對會encore之選❤️
