To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同男朋友相約食這間的泰國餐廳，放工就來品嘗個下午茶。有午餐、下午茶套餐選擇，也可單點。我選了下午茶泰式滷水無骨豬手湯河粉大碗又香噴噴，湯唔會好咸，滷水無骨豬手好入味又軟腍口感，河粉好滑份量唔少，但油份多了點，不過都好滿足！午餐：泰式海南雞飯這個男朋友話好食，雞肉好香軟好滑溜，唔肥的雞，配有油飯（軟硬剛好）青瓜、番茄片；更有冬瓜湯，泰國菜是比較油了點，但都好美味！無糖凍檸茶檸檬是用以青檸，茶是泰國特色茶葉，比較特別支持香港人小店！
