朋友話最近有新bar好似幾正,三人行一齊去試吓。照舊,試吓新餐廳之前睇吓人哋食評,跟機實冇死。其實佢都算幾多選擇,主要係泰式同越式菜。Pho Bo Beef ($138) + Bone Marrow ($75): 呢個差唔多每一台都叫嘅,所以我哋都唔執輸。牛肉湯勁好飲,真係飲得出係好足料好有牛肉味道,同平時出邊食嘅越南河粉唔同,出邊會好清甜,但係呢一度就多咗一份牛肉嘅濃香味。牛肉份量都唔算少,自己鍾意呢一度有唔同嘅選擇,我地加咗一份牛骨髓,同樣燒得都幾出色,好有炭香味,而且都唔算貴。每逢食泰菜,自己一定會叫嘅就係炒通菜($58)。份量都正常,而呢個價錢其實都幾抵食,但係如果唔係好食得辣嘅人就建議問吓可唔可以減少辣度,又或者叫其他嘢啦。蟹肉炒飯($138): 叫咗咁多牛,純粹想食吓海鮮,好彩見到都幾有鑊氣,而且蟹肉嘅份量都真係幾多,除咗有幾較大嘅之餘,見到蟹肉絲都算多。抵食,而且都算幾龍尾嘅,以酒吧來講,質素算係有翻咁上下。主菜就叫咗燒牛扒($528): 自己好鍾意呢道菜,朋友都話正,原因係因為食落去好香嘅炭燒味,而且其實唔需要點佢比嘅芥末醬同埋黑松露醬已經好夠牛肉味道,而且牛扒上小小嘅

主菜就叫咗燒牛扒($528): 自己好鍾意呢道菜,朋友都話正,原因係因為食落去好香嘅炭燒味,而且其實唔需要點佢比嘅芥末醬同埋黑松露醬已經好夠牛肉味道,而且牛扒上小小嘅鹽咁配已經好好食,上枱嘅時候係切好晒嘅,所以要趁熱食,而且見到真係好鮮嫩,有滿滿的肉汁流出嚟,而且冇乜筋,出色之作!


參考上面見到有一道餸叫做DIY($58),好奇心驅使之下叫咗啦。原來係自己整嘅類似越南春卷咁樣嘅,有菠蘿,生菜,青瓜,酸菜,而且有濱洗(米粉)。呢碟完全中晒我想食嘅嘢,好有越南嘅風味,味道可以自己調校之餘,仲想食咩就可以揀乜嘢,正。


甜品叫左Sticky rice & coconut ice cream ($118): 完全冇諗到呢兩樣嘢可以加埋一齊,但係加咗一齊又幾好食,好香嘅椰子雪糕,而且糯米飯會係個底嘅,所以加埋一齊食咗幾夾,自己覺得如果可以加少少新鮮嘅椰子肉會更加好。


飲品方面每人叫咗一杯: Citrus Splash ($88) 幾清新容易入口。Mamtom Cooler ($88)比起前者,呢個青檸味道更加突出。French red wine ($75 per glass) 朋友拎嚟送牛扒嘅,佢話正正常常。


總結:自己覺得呢一間雖然話係酒吧,但係嘢食更加出色,絕對啱晒班朋友過嚟傾偈咁樣過一個夜晚,三個人食晒所有嘢都真係幾飽。而且呢度新裝修得幾靚,價錢亦都唔貴,我哋去食嘢嗰晚係平日,但係好耐冇見過全院滿座嘅情況!
