To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說都一段時間冇去啟德 AIRSIDE 行街街，尋晚就約埋 friend 放工過去行下，其實嗰度真係超方便！屯馬綫啟德站一出閘就係佢商場👍🏻 經過之前行 K11 Musea 見過嘅新加坡餐廳 Chatterbox Café ，見佢海南雞好似幾正 & 二人餐又幾抵，就入去試下😁 佢餐牌寫個海南雞飯係咩文華點解呢，Google 一 search 先知原來佢哋係源自新加坡文華大酒店；既然咁犀利，二人餐其中一個主菜就叫佢啦！(佢仲好細心可以揀雞胸或者加錢要髀，不過我哋冇特別揀) 佢海南雞飯上嚟之後，又的確冇令人失望，又滑又有雞味😋 講真佢個香油飯都好食，如果可以大碗啲就好🥹 另外主菜我哋叫咗佢個香炒河粉燴牛肉，佢隻河粉唔係普通料，係比較有特色嘅粿條嚟！而啲牛肉都唔係普通餐廳炒牛河嗰啲行貨，大大塊份量都唔少。另外小食就揀咗炸素春捲，就正常發揮，另外仲跟埋一碟醬油生菜，佢有啲油蔥酥係面 ok 嘅👍🏻🍽 Chatterbox Café九龍城啟德協調道2號AIRSIDE B1樓B114號舖
