To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前喺K11見到排長龍，今日終於嘗試到。文華海南雞飯果然係馳名嘅海南雞飯，肉質非常鮮嫩，好滑，皮唔會太肥。加$10轉左雞髀肉，幾乎冇骨，啖啖肉。油飯好有油香，但唔會太膩，加少少配送嘅甜豉油同酸辣汁撈飯真係好好食。個人認為個雞飯做得非常出色，怪不得咁多人幫襯。手製芝麻蝦多士蝦多士食落脆卜卜。上枱時候係啱啱炸好。但係稍為有少少薄身，如果再厚啲口感就會豐富啲。椰青新鮮椰青正常發揮。環境都好舒適，有機會會來。

手製芝麻蝦多士
蝦多士食落脆卜卜。上枱時候係啱啱炸好。但係稍為有少少薄身，如果再厚啲口感就會豐富啲。
