🥢🫖🐤出色片皮鴨,一口酥▫️茶錢$18/位茶錢吾平,推薦大家飲瑰荔堂煌,即係玫瑰荔枝,都幾濃幾香,而且較特別,個人幾中意。▫️ 餐前小碟 - $18吾知有冇得吾要,味道一般,是日係酸菜,有酸白蘿蔔同紅蘿蔔,白蘿蔔味道還好,但酸的紅蘿蔔味就比較奇怪。☑️烤北京填鴨(半隻)-$218雖然加左價,但都仲比其他店抵食嘅。有一小碟一口酥,點砂糖食,係鴨皮,雖油膩但入口即溶,好邪惡。捲餅皮大約有10塊,用蒸籠上,厚薄適中,每一塊皮中間都有點心紙隔住,令到d皮吾會痴埋一齊。另外喜歡這店嘅配料多,除左傳統嘅京蔥、青瓜同甜醬,仲有哈蜜瓜同杏脯醬,食落會清新好多,吾夠仲可以refill。鴨嘅質素都吾錯,鴨皮脆,鴨肉都吾會有膻味。☑️砂鍋雲吞雞 - $218真係用砂鍋上,黎到會有職員拎d雞肉出黎切,再用碟上,等你食得方便d,但切得麻麻,切唔到底,痴住晒,而且冇起到骨。雞冇醬油點黎食,所以純雞味,中意清淡嘅人就啱啦。另外職員會每人上一小碗先,有湯、菜、同一隻雲吞。雲吞總共有六隻,幾好味,皮薄,餡料有口感,除左肉仲有木耳絲、芫荽、芹菜等,味道清新。湯底清甜好飲,冇一層雞油浮喺面,吾會油膩。娃娃菜新鮮翠綠,健康好味。
