To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 打工仔復活節一定要返工啦～剛好和同事一樣⋯⋯放工屋企無人煮飯食，放工咪去附近食完晚飯先回家啦～疫情嚴重所以快快手去食過牛肉麵先～走了去五月星牛肉麵😉分別點了一個招牌紅燒牛肉麵同滿漢牛肉麵，店員説如每人加多32元可任食小食。不想了～太肚餓了二人都要任食，而且點了每樣都想試～即係十樣小食先説兩款牛肉麵～即試食牛肉麵內的紅燒牛𦟌，蘿蔔，牛肚等不錯👍好入味又鬆軟，而且之前店員都介紹湯底有清湯同紅燒湯底兩款，可按自己喜好選擇的（二人都選了紅燒湯底🙂），紅燒湯底濃而麵條煮得相當不錯，煮得剛剛好～不太硬又不太軟，而我配紅燒湯底一拼食入口彈牙香口。再試旁邊的十樣任食小食更加知道師父係用心去製作的，麻辣鴨血，涼拌茄子同黃金皮蛋必食，喜歡辣辣地的我超喜歡，而甜不辣更加不可錯過，煙韌的甜不辣配上醬汁食酸酸甜甜小小辣有哨口～一定要試今晚選任食係無錯的雖然食得好趕時間不過有機會一定再來的～
