To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近有啲想食牛腩粉突然間諗起太子嘅田記，好在依家油麻地都有分店唔使行咁遠，餐廳位置超方便喺正油麻地 A1 出口。崩沙牛腩河粉 ($62) : 識食嘅朋友叫咗崩沙腩，朋友請咗我食一件，崩沙腩肥瘦適中，牛味濃郁之餘肉質軟嫩，而且蘿蔔非常鮮甜，估唔到都幾正。牛三寶河粉 ($58) : 自己就叫咗牛三寶，貪佢乜嘢都有，牛腩、牛肚同牛筋都非常大件，而且洗得好乾淨，沒有半點異味，三個部位應爽口嘅爽口，應軟腍嘅軟腍，真心覺得唔錯，而且份量都幾大碗。冷熱飲跟餐都係 $8 蚊，奶茶夠茶味之餘唔嚡口。
