To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇完《衛食攻略》嘅介紹，終於有機會嚟到！呢度以四十種唔同嘅咖啡豆同埋虹吸嘅沖法製作咖啡，重點老細強調佢呢度嘅咖啡唔酸唔苦！公司三文治 $40外層麵包搽咗牛油，烘到金黃色好吸引，薄身又脆脆哋好香口。即叫即整熱辣辣，夾住炒蛋、火腿、餐肉同埋芝士，蛋做到一層層好滑！焦糖咖啡 $45其實想問老細會推介用邊款咖啡豆配，但佢可能太忙就無答。你哋如果想有想試嘅可以自己order時揀好一款先！anyways係幾好飲，雖然比我想像嘅焦糖味少，但真係一啲酸味都無，香濃甜度適中。呢度週末坐滿人，坐得比較逼，快快食完就走咗，同埋要自己搵位同埋出去叫嘢食。不過大家經過都值得一試呀。

其實想問老細會推介用邊款咖啡豆配，但佢可能太忙就無答。你哋如果想有想試嘅可以自己order時揀好一款先！anyways係幾好飲，雖然比我想像嘅焦糖味少，但真係一啲酸味都無，香濃甜度適中。
