今日同朋友嚟尖沙咀shopping,經過「祥仔」門口,發現呢間茶餐廳幾有趣,走高檔路線。老闆祥仔原來係香港首屈一指嘅名廚Ricky Cheung,二話不說決定一試!日式汁燒鰻魚焗飯 $128剛焗好嘅鰻魚飯熱氣騰騰地上桌,賣相吸引。鰻魚肥美,唔腥。鰻魚汁濃郁,黏喺鰻魚上面份外美味,飯亦沾上甜美汁料,非常下飯。祥仔脆脆豬扒飯 $128招牌之一嘅豬扒飯,賣相平平無奇,但食落絕對有驚喜。豬扒經過生炸,肉質顏色呈嫩粉紅,口感酥軟,一試難忘。蕃茄醬汁唔會太酸,飯粒軟硬度適中,好好食,係一碟出色嘅豬扒飯👍🏻升級 海龍皇 兩日兩夜羅宋湯 $78呢款羅宋湯最近新推出,加入多款海鮮,有大蝦、帶子、魷魚等,鮮美無比。西多士 • 雪糕 $58不算厚的西多士,配上吉士醬和雪糕,一瞬間令人有置身西式cafe之感。麥精十勝紅豆冰 (+$25)店內的signature飲品,採用日本十勝紅豆、特製紅豆慕絲及自製紅豆雪糕,並用麥精取代椰奶,唔會太甜,又夠特別,推薦!以茶餐廳來說,價錢的確不算親民,但食物絕對有誠意,放心去食啦😁
