To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周記也有供應早餐 (8-11am) 和下午茶餐(2:30-6pm) ,套餐包一杯熱飲,下午茶仲可以試晒招牌點心,還滿抵食的。所以我地今次叫左兩個下午茶餐,另加數款點心已經飽到夜晚都唔使食。

接近每檯必點既奶黃流沙西多士 $35,另外仲有香芋同黑芝麻流沙兩款。炸到金黃色既西多士,中間仲要漲卜卜,用刀切開,真係好流心!奶黃流沙很澎湃不停湧出!

男人最後切成六舊,夾起來不停再蘸奶黃汁。食落滿口蛋黃香,仲要件西多無話有吸晒油既油膩咁,見到對面食客直情用紙巾印完件西多都無咩油,好得下!真係邪惡又好食,仲幾飽滯添。

一籠有兩粒黑松露味、兩粒蟹籽燒賣。其實兩粒燒賣都係一樣,係面頭既配料有分別。燒賣粒粒都飽滿又有大大隻蝦肉,可能習慣吧,小妹都係鍾情蟹籽燒賣,黑松露味香就香,但感覺同燒賣唔多夾。

呢個湯餃蒸一份要等15分鐘架!個湯餃又係好足料,好多蝦肉係入面。當然唔少得仲有松露味,連湯底都有松露味架,唔會太強烈卻恰到好處。食落好香,蝦肉又爽彈!所以忍唔住又追加多份,唔怪之得連隔離枱都一叫叫兩份!

呢樽奶茶都好受歡迎,去到近四點已經賣晒,飲落茶香味濃,但甜度較高,如果有少甜版本就好喇。

整體黎講周記點心既味道超岩我條脷,而且份量同用料上都覺得新鮮又足料!性價比高,確係用心之作,唔怪之得長期大受歡迎,直到而家都好掛住個蝦多士同湯餃!
