以十分鮮艷奪目的蒂芙尼藍(Tiffany Blue) 作為餐廳顏色的姚姚酸菜魚,令人在一眾店舖中更能注意到她。-姚姚酸菜魚(2人份)湯底據說是經過5小時熬製,加上有大量酸菜、蒜頭、青辣椒、紅辣椒、醃蘿蔔和花椒,故此非常香和濃郁,十分適合配白飯變成湯飯。新鮮鱸魚片很滑很鮮嫩,魚味也凸出,一點也不腥。鍋底下的小蠟燭能為整鍋酸菜魚保持微溫,能令充滿膠質的湯底不易凝固。-麻辣香鍋(麻辣鍋底)雖說餐廳叫姚姚酸菜魚,但她的名物又怎只一樣。麻辣香鍋可選的的配菜有約30款,我們點了魷魚鬚、嫩牛肉、雞軟骨、土豆、寬薯粉條。整個香鍋用了大量乾辣椒,由於點了少辣,很好入口。每樣配菜的分量也很足!

雖說餐廳叫姚姚酸菜魚,但她的名物又怎只一樣。麻辣香鍋可選的的配菜有約30款,我們點了魷魚鬚、嫩牛肉、雞軟骨、土豆、寬薯粉條。整個香鍋用了大量乾辣椒,由於點了少辣,很好入口。每樣配菜的分量也很足!
