To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第2次食呢間餐廳上次夜晚嚟 食唔到魚鮫米線食魚腩米線 湯底比較清 冇味精 食完唔會口渴但一心想食魚鮫米線 所以決定再戰星期六一早去到 唔算好多人 環境坐得好舒服 唔會坐到好迫 魚鮫煎香 再配奶白魚湯 唔覺會飲咗好多湯但魚鮫同魚腩一樣 好似冇咩調味 味道偏淡但呢間餐廳必食米線 超級無敵滑完全完勝其他米線鋪鐘意食魚湯米線嘅你一定要試❤️
