To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐冇食過酸菜魚，一直都知道捌壹壹嘅冷鍋酸菜魚好出名，今次就去到旺角分店，試下佢係咪真係咁好食😋冷鍋酸菜魚+寬粉 $238+45一開始聽到冷鍋酸菜魚呢個名以為佢係凍嘅，但其實唔係，只係指唔會一路加熱住食，咁就唔使驚魚肉肉質變鞋。事實證明係好成功嘅，魚肉的而且確好滑又冇骨，一上台就聞到好香嘅酸辣味，酸菜同辣味配合得好好，唔會搶左大家嘅味道。除咗酸菜同魚之外，入面仲有娃娃菜、金菇同萵筍，我哋仲加咗寬粉，齋食呢個已經非常滿足😋炸三鮮蝦 $42$42有六隻，價錢唔貴，味道正正常常，適合作為飯前小食黑糖糍粑 $42每次食川菜都會食嘅一定係黑糖糍粑，外層香脆，內層煙靭軟糯，糯米嘅香味搭配中間嘅黑糖同外層嘅黃豆粉簡直天衣無縫😍
