To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

chatterbox海南雞飯有幾出名都唔洗多講, 雞肉高質之外我仲好中意佢個3色醬, 黑醬油夠濃厚, 辣汁辛香惹味, 薑係鮮薑冇味精。黎得既每枱都起碼嗌一份。食食下雞飯為食又叫埋個鐵板蠔餅, 用得鐵板上梗係熱辣辣寧舍香, 蠔仔肉肥嘟嘟, 加芽菜再加埋是拉差口味既辣醬, 香口又惹味。個人覺得哩度既特飲都好值得一試, 將椰子雪糕, 涼粉, 紅豆同椰汁冰哩個組合配搭得超好, 成杯野好豐富又清涼, 既係甜品又係飲品, 重點係反而帶出清爽感覺, 一D都唔heavy!
