由繁華嘅海防道穿過商場嚟到亞士厘道,只係轉咗個彎,但就有種幽靜嘅感覺,呢晚就去咗Amitie Kitchen食晚餐.餐廳入面掛咗好多黑板,上面寫咗當日嘅推介菜式.餐牌嘅選擇都幾多,我哋叫咗份晚餐再加一個散叫嘅主菜試試,我呢次揀嘅都比較輕盈同埋係蔬菜為主.之後侍應就拎咗一板麵包嚟,分別有竹炭麵包,無花果麵包,法式麵包同餅乾條,仲跟埋灑咗黑椒碎嘅牛油同士多啤梨果醬, 無花果麵包入面有唔少無花果乾,食落有咬口,我幾鍾意.然後就係晚餐入面嘅前菜等等,先係大蝦沙律伴甜橙油醋汁,蝦肉燒得香口,雜菜入面就有彩色車厘茄,配上甜橙油醋汁都唔錯.餐湯嘅質感就比較濃,入面仲有少少風乾火腿絲晌度.鮮果藜麥沙律伴蜜糖青檸汁,切粒鮮蜜瓜,菠蘿,士多啤梨,藍莓,青蘋果,紅蘋果同雜菜份量非常多,撈晌入面嘅啡紅色藜麥脆而有嚼勁,加上酸酸哋嘅蜜糖青檸汁,作為主菜的確既高纖又健康.原個菠蘿豬鞍扒伴鮮果酸甜汁就係散叫嘅,烹調方式有啲中菜影子,賣相都幾吸引.豬鞍扒分成兩三啖大小,烤得外脆內軟嫩,酸甜汁又夠多,同鮮菠蘿,士多啤梨,藍莓,青蘋果,紅蘋果同梨撈埋一齊,都真係幾解膩.晚餐包一杯飲品,我就揀咗熱檸檬.最後就試試呢度嘅甜品

最後就試試呢度嘅甜品,伯爵茶奶凍個杯嘅圖案好靚,就係人哋用嚟Afternoon Tea嗰種,上面仲放咗玫瑰花乾同花瓣,下層奶凍滑溜,仲有淡淡伯爵茶香.

盆栽伯爵茶木糠布甸嘅頂層就放咗雕到成朵花咁嘅鮮士多啤梨,再用薄荷葉同oreo餅碎扮葉同泥土,加上泥剷造型嘅匙羹,驟眼睇真係好似盆栽,用埋金箔裝飾就更添貴氣.

呢個木糠布甸係用oreo餅碎同伯爵茶慕絲相間,由側面睇每層都鋪得鮮明.食之前仲可以唧埋啲伯爵茶入去,整體甜味幾高,但幾過癮.
