重10安士嘅烤美國黑安格斯西冷牛扒 & 原隻美國緬因州龍蝦兩款主食都太吸引,所以我同朋友決定每款各一再share食😆


西冷牛扒只係表面微微煎熟,切開之後,明顯見到中間大部份都係微紅色,唔會太raw之餘肉質特別鮮嫩🐮🥩 其中一邊廚師預留咗少部份脂肪,入口先有會一陣油脂香☺️

4️⃣ Whole Boston Maine Lobster ($448)

廚師一早已將龍蝦殼同肉做好分離,連大大隻嘅蟹鉗殼亦已經敲碎,所以好輕易就品嚐到啖啖龍蝦肉🦞 為咗保持龍蝦肉嘅鮮嫩,食物都係即叫即焗,一出爐個陣蒜香味真係好香🧄


🍟喺呢間餐廳更可以無限添吃薯條 & 蔬菜,我地都額外order咗一碟蔬菜🌽🥬🥦

5️⃣ Coffee, Tea or both ($128)

可能夜晚飲咖啡,大多數人會擔心瞓唔着😴 但呢款cocktail 飲落就好似一杯特飲,Bourbon Whiskey小麥嘅味道基本上蓋過咗Expresso,反而抹茶忌廉苦澀味突圍而出🫶🏻 相信鍾意飲咖啡嘅人都會喜歡呢一杯🍹


甜品
雖然食完主菜已經7成飽,但又點可以放棄甜品呢?一於order晒兩款🤪

6️⃣ Signature Chocolate Soufflé w/ Vanilla Ice Cream ($88)
用咗72% Valrhona黑朱古力所製作嘅梳乎厘好鬆軟,甚有空氣感☁️ 而主廚精心選用銅模製作嘅法式小甜點《可麗露Canelé》作為set dinner嘅結尾,呼應返呢間餐廳嘅名字👨🏻‍🍳🏢 唔好睇兩款甜品都有可麗露,但廚師好貼心將我嘅可麗路換成抹茶味,配搭返我杯cocktail,呢個小小嘅舉動,令我覺得好貼心😳🍵

以日本忌廉芝士 & 柚子汁製作而成嘅自家製柚子蛋糕出乎意料地light,並不是紐約芝士蛋糕個種厚實嘅質感🍰 而廚師所調較嘅柚子汁酸甜度恰到好處🍋
