搵食唔一定要去咩高檔餐廳,有時候市面上啲平民美食都嚇嚇聲!今次行過中環,發現呢間Canal餐廳,雖然名氣未必响亮,但食物真係好有驚喜👀!佢哋個sourdough麵包外皮香脆得嚟,切開又露出咁彈牙嘅內裡,塗上啲自製香滑牛油,口感正🧈。跟住試咗佢哋嘅chopped salad,味道好balance,幾款蔬菜搭配得宜,醒胃得嚟又唔失其清新嘅味道。食完前菜,始終要嚟個重點,佢哋個grilled US black angus sirloin哥,真係肉質鮮嫩得滯,肥瘦相間,一啖落去,滿口肉汁,啖啖肉嘅感覺真喺幾過癮😍。而個Boston Maine lobster,仲要係成隻上枱,肉質滑溜但係食落又一啲唔軟爛,美妙!飲食方面,Canal真係做得幾好,下次再約埋三五知己,一齊食返餐好嘢!🍽️🥂🦞

上到上層有室外露天座位,設計擺設簡潔清新,而呢間法式小酒館的美食精髓在於精簡,提供一個三道菜晚市套餐,有魚,西冷牛扒同波士頓龍蝦。

侍應介紹餐廳主打係牛扒及龍蝦,而家仲多左魚可以選擇,薯條及蔬菜仲可以無限添加,我地點左10安士烤美國黑安格斯西冷牛扒同原隻美國緬因州龍蝦。

餐前有自家製sour dough,好香脆新鮮,茶埋個海鹽牛油,簡直係絕配。仲有冷盤,西班牙Pamaham 同醋汁蔬菜沙律,入面有紅菜頭,車厘茄。

西冷牛扒order左medium, 睇個樣係好準確既5成熟😍,睇落好juicy,而且食落好有牛味,5成熟口感剛好。而龍蝦不得不讚,超級鮮甜爽口又彈牙,真係好好味。

伴碟既蔬菜都絕不馬虎,有脆肉瓜,白蘭花,紅蘿蔔,車厘茄,新鮮爽甜。

最貼心既係侍應知道我地share食,兩個main都想試,所以係廚房已經分左half half,實在太貼心啦。

甜品方面有兩款,72% Valrhona黑朱古力製成的朱古力梳乎厘同埋用日本忌廉芝士加柚子汁製作自家製柚子蛋糕。梳乎厘新鮮烹調要等大約15至20分鐘,熱辣辣架,甜度適中,有濃厚香甜朱古力味,記得襯熱食!

而柚子蛋糕都不錯,微微酸甜既柚子味同芝士剛好黎個中和,唔會太膩,加添左一抹清新可口。仲有雲呢拿雪糕配埋好crispy既小脆片,一冷一熱,一軟一脆,滿足晒口感同味蕾。

壓軸既有有主廚精心用銅模製作的法式小甜點可麗露Canelé,係其中一樣我最鐘意既甜品,外脆內軟,好煙韌。

飲品方面,我地試左Coffee tea or both & Provence
Perfume。

Coffee tea of both, 茶味同咖啡味較重,喜歡飲expresso 同mocha既可以一試, Provence & Perfume 就相對清新,有gin, peach, lemon等,又有一股薄荷香味,好多層次咁,唔識飲酒既我地淺嚐都覺得好過癮🤣

呢間小酒館性價比相當高,食物好味之餘,環境氣氛有格調又舒適,服務質素極高,侍應會不時黎睇下我地有冇咩需要同邦我地添水,係呢度可以同知己好友享受鬧市中既寧願浪漫,真係傾到坐到唔捨得走,有機會一定會再去試埋佢個Daily Fish🫶
