To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

出餐好慢

一碗麵等左十幾分鐘先上。隔離檯早過我落單，但碗麵同我差唔多時間上，佢等得仲耐… 真係佩服佢嘅耐性，一次都無催過…雖然我催左兩次，換黎嘅都只係敷衍嘅回應，完全無意欲幫我跟進⋯不過我知樓面員工可能都係「受害者」可能根本問題係請唔夠人手入黎寫食評見到之前都有個人寫話出餐慢原來真係咁伏，以後都唔會再食呢間分店。雖然我估我咁樣寫完都未必會有人睇到街坊街里都係會照去食不過其實唔急、唔趕時間、唔介意慢慢等係無所謂既留個言比大家參考下啦
