To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我本身好鍾意食譚仔三哥,呢間近我屋企,而且落地玻璃夠光猛,其實環境唔錯。但鋪入面嘅配套真係好差,忍咗大半年終於忍唔到,要出個食評,雖然寫完都唔知有冇人睇到。首先呢間舒長期唔夠職員,鋪面好大,但永遠得三個職員,已經包括落單送餐同收銀,有時甚至得兩個職員。餐廳個冷氣壞咗大半年都冇人整,問親職員都話冷氣壞咗,淨係叫客人唔好坐咁入。舖頭入面淨係擺咗一部冷風機,有時真係會食到出晒汗。每次落雨舖頭嘅冷氣機就會滴水,已經唔係一兩次嘅情況,而係長期都係咁,好似都冇人諗住修理,我唔知應該係老闆負責?定係業主要負責冷氣機,但總要有個人去處理呢件事。每次入到去都冇職員主動埋嚟落單,就算我主動叫職員過嚟 都叫咗好耐先有人理我。落單後開始計,最少要20分鐘先上到碗米線,肚餓或趕時間嘅朋友仔真係唔建議來食。呢間舖啱啱開嘅時候成日都好多人等位,但而家經過都見到大把空位,唔知係咪因為已經有太多人體驗過佢地嘅送餐速度同冇冷氣,越來越少人幫襯。
