To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢兩日想食海鮮,就揀左銅鑼灣呢間蒸汽海鮮-蟹仙試一試🙏🏻 諗住會健康d同可以食到海鮮既鮮味。人均大約$500左右,包括左9款海鮮,加一個海鮮精華粥底,再加上菜譜同埋蔥花食,幾正的。坐低之後自己調配料,但其實海鮮本身好新鮮,所以我都無點用配料,會浪費左個海鮮。海鮮分別有蝦/魚/鮑魚/帶子/刀貝/小龍蝦同埋膏蟹。個人好欣賞刀貝,因為真係好鮮甜,帶有海水既咸香味道🤣 膏蟹都多膏,食落新鮮,聽說係A grade 蟹,最好既貨都係哂呢到。龍蝦就幾多肉,鐘意海鮮既人一定要食,可以試哂咁又多款,仲有專人蒸埋比你食,完全唔洗自己落手。
