To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午飯時間光顧早知翠華已今非昔比,分店開到民間,即管看看今天如何點了他們自稱「熱選」的$80「秘製干炒牛河」,還有$32羅宋湯。羅宋湯比足湯渣,有菜有牛,非常豐盛,最少係湯,味道不濃郁,亦不熱,比太興還差。干牛河,大的「碟中碗」,只有中間淺淺的凹位載食物,份量非常少,約一飯碗,較濕,不熱,不香,牛肉韌,得個鹹字,吃完好像沒吃過。秘製處,應是個迷。問了服務員如果要$80炒貴刁,份量一樣少嗎?她說是,但可炒多一點給我,即管一試。真的多了一點點,搭高了一點點,大量西火腿,欠青椒,濕,夠辣不夠鹹。只求吃飽,再叫一碟$80干牛河,這次神奇地份量比第一碟多了點點、熱一點,還下了第一碟沒有的芝麻,不過還是濕、死鹹、韌牛肉。秘製之迷繼續。學星星師傅話齋,港式醃牛肉至重要,基本如此都不達標。干牛河不乾,汁炒一樣,名不符實。街市河粉$10斤,不知翠華要省什麼,醬油?你說是份量少但味道精緻高級?卻又肯定不是。街坊生意,最少做到可以充飢吧。是不可理喻的經營方式。完全不ok,要花$240吃飽三碟差勁的濕炒河那三份二是冰的小杯凍檸茶,不說了
