To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每日返工經過……留意到這小店的誔生。客人也越來越多。 今日終於一試。餐牌有多款選擇，我選擇了較平的《巨炸雞丼》落單後，老闆很快就送上每個餐也附上的味噌湯，茶碗蒸，茶 。其後便入廚房……專心努力地煮食。餐具算清潔，座位有d窄。店員有禮……食物水準就睇埋下面味噌湯：有海帶，腐皮，葸絲……味道適中茶碗蒸：內有小許冬菇令蛋有小小味道！全個茶碗蒸內並無水份，蛋身很滑！蛋內藏有雞肉。十分成功！茶：無茶葉碎，夠味！《可再添》甜品： 奶凍……夠奶味！夠凍！如果大杯d就好！主菜：（等了大約10-15min）炸雞好大件！足足有6件。皮很脆，有肉汁並不油膩。飯粒分明係靚米！總結係一間用心煮食的小店。這個價格有甘好的品質。超值
