To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小店距離顯徑站唔算太遠,就喺路邊,唔洗行上啲村屋巷入面,沿住馬路邊行就會見到,不過店面真係唔顯眼又冇大招牌,好易會錯過。小店入面得4張枱,呢日平日下午2點幾嚟到,坐到最後一張枱,其他幫襯嘅客人睇嚟都係街坊。有個午市定食餐牌仲有單點餐牌奉送嘅汽水,波子同橙蒲燒鰻魚丼$70鰻魚燒得幾香,冇骨,幾軟熟,肉質都ok,啲汁有啲太甜壽喜燒牛小扒烏冬 $85有5塊牛肉左右,好香牛味,唔太鞋仲有隻溫泉蛋送烏冬食湯底好濃壽喜燒味小食炸花枝丸 $20南蠻炸雞 $35小食就一般,花枝丸唔太脆,冇乜味炸雞比較老同乾硬小店用心經營,老闆一腳踢,值得支持一下

無意中發現咗呢間小店。一睇個餐牌,價錢真係超級抵食,學生仲有優惠添!我哋叫咗好多嘢食,食到超級飽!最令我哋印象深刻嘅係呢間小店嘅員工服務。雖然好多人排隊,但啲員工都好快手,我哋唔使等好耐就入咗座。而且佢哋嘅服務態度真係一流,好有禮貌同埋好細心,會主動問我哋需唔需要啲咩。呢間小店嘅食物款式真係好多,有小食、主食、甜品等等。我哋叫咗小食大版燒、章魚小丸子、雞較骨同多春魚。啲小食都好好食,尤其是小食大版燒,燒得啱啱好,外脆內軟,仲好有肉汁。主食嘅選擇都好多,有炒飯、烏冬、意粉等等。我哋叫咗一個炒飯同一個烏冬,都好好食,份量都好足。

蟹子沙律:蟹子的份量很足,蓋滿了整個沙律,但是我個人認為沙律醬落得有點太多,反倒沒有了沙律原來的意思和蔬菜的味道。麵豉湯:中規中矩的,挺好飲。芝士玉子燒:其中一塊裏面的字是十分多,另一塊則正常份量,略嫌芝士味蓋過了應有的蛋味,不然其實也是很有質素的。**UFO:份量有點嚇得驚人,是澱粉質和澱粉質的那種組合,小丸子真材實料,每一粒都吃到了幾塊的墨魚在中間。炒麵有點不夠乾身,但是也有很濃郁的和風味道,最後是在最下面的大阪燒,椰菜和大阪燒粉跟芝士同煙肉的組合,很是滿足,但其實吃到這層之前也已經飽了七八成。甜品:椰子味的奶凍都很不錯UFO 這個菜式真的很有創意,小丸子、炒麵和大阪燒的組合,讓人耳目一新。 小丸子真材實料,每一粒都吃到了幾塊墨魚。 大阪燒的味道很棒,椰菜、大阪燒粉、芝士和煙肉的組合,讓人回味無窮。 店舖的性價比很高,份量絕對充足,味道也不錯。

所有食品也是即叫即整,十分新鮮。光顧時只有老闆一人在工作比較忙碌,所以要多一點時間製作。食物賣相精緻,價格合宜,值得一試。點了兩樣食物,分別是迷你大阪燒($20)及灸燒三文魚丼($75)。大阪燒是迷你版所以預期不會太大份,但味道不錯。再來是灸燒三文灸丼,悉心擺放的三文魚一層疊一層,燒得剛剛好,不會過火燒得太乾,仍能保持三文魚原有的鮮味。米飯是一本壽司用的珍珠米,米飯的黏度合適,丼飯整體很好。老闆很有禮貌,餐廳環境不算大(堂食約有14個座位),但整潔舒適。光顧時多數顧客也是一人光顧,所以不用等位,約是多人一起光顧,則可能需要等位,十分推薦大家來試試用心製作的日本料理。
