喺常識,身為教徒嘅我,咁復活節都要守齋半飽過節!今次同屋企人食依間素食小店收斂吓心神,淨化吓腸胃!因為農曆十五,依間小店真喺超旺場,我都喺門口等咗廿幾分鐘!但為身體健康,等吓都值得,而且上次食過兩次之後,對素食真喺堅有興趣!今次幾個人食,真喺食七咁食!第一樣就叫《一品鮑魚刺身》!無論賣同口感,依個刺身仿真度極高!賣相自己睇,但口感嘅彈牙程度超似!味道都仿到鮑魚三四成左右!《酥炸雲吞仔》 賣相普通唔特別,但香脆可口,好有酥皮味,但食唔到個饀有咩味!《椰汁芋香牛蒡煲》一上枱已經聞到陣陣椰汁味!醬汁杰身!因為太多澱粉質,真喺戒左芋頭好耐,所以冇乜點食!但牛蒡片就好有口感,感覺似食緊半肥瘦豬肉咁,都唔錯!《黑松露雜菌蛋豆腐》喺我致愛,一上枱都聞到好重黑松露嘅清香,配上雜菇同玉子豆腐,真喺送飯一流!《日式芝麻醬山藥》依個日式醬汁做法真喺好特別,喺日式沙律中先可以食到!但配上山藥,味道依然一流!其實小弟對中藥冇乜認識,唔知咩叫山藥!但感覺似食緊馬蹄,非常爽口!依個《海鮮菇肉鬆豆腐》 都好鍾意食,值得推介,海鮮菇味香濃,都真喺幾好!不過冇 menu 賣相咁靚!最後屋企人叫咗兩杯《黑糖薑茶》 驅寒暖胃

其實素食喺香港越嚟越流行,而且越嚟越菜創新,有唔少後生仔都開始嘗試食素!今次同屋企人食咗,每人夾咗 180蚊左右!
