To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初三跟傳統唔去拜年😅而且我覺得而家跟本越來越冇新年氣氛。不如去飲個靚茶凱悅軒之前都有來過飲茶。唔經唔覺，而家$388一位，不過都多點心選擇嘅，而且食物都算唔錯😌應該係新年嘅菜牌😅，有好意頭點心，好似髮菜蠔豉粥，髮菜鯪魚球咁蝦餃燒賣都係我最鍾意嘅點心叉燒熱騰騰好味😋蝦餃皮薄餡靚蠔豉🦪粥都好重蠔豉味，髮菜鯪魚球同牛肉球就較普通，XO醬蘿蔔糕正在常常唔算突出上湯芥蘭好嫩細細嘙正，又試了鮮蝦炸雲吞同肉鬆豆腐。覺得較出色嘅係桂花蓮藕片，好爽脆好有桂花香味差唔多滿座，只有兩張吉枱最後一定要食甜品才完滿，陳皮紅豆沙同桂花糕都不過不失
