To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

餐廳外內富有中國古代風，採用紅燈籠做裝飾還原以前怡和院嘅裝修，好特別，好啱去打卡！😆原原粒梛青梛子雞鍋🐥🥥打邊爐當然要揀嗰清清地嘅湯底，先可以食到食材嘅鮮味。餐廳係我地面前落原個梛青水去煲，飲落非常清甜，重有好多雞件，食落肉質嫩滑。😋九宮格醬介 - 醬料都放到咁令🤭脆炸蝦滑油炸鬼🍤 - 食落彈牙爽口手切本地牛頸脊🐮 - 果然要跟牌面指引，淥8秒就啱啱好，重牛味，醬料都唔需要點。😋牛脷🐮👅 - 淥完重係咁爽口，幾好食👍🏻西班牙黑毛豬肉片🐷+豬肋條🐷 - 估唔到豬肋條都可以打邊爐，食落爽口彈牙。紐西蘭羊肉片🐏 - 羊味好濃，鐘意食嘅羊嘅就啱哂！鱔片 - 有魚鮮味，重好爽口，打邊爐必叫！😆丸類 - 怡紅丸(手打麻辣牛丸)、手打墨魚丸🦑、手打蝦丸🦐、邪流丸(手打邪惡流心芝士牛丸)Vita Kuk Fu🌸包裝好古代，cocktails飲落重蜜糖味，甜甜地，好易入口👍🏻Sour Plum Juice🍾望落好似茶，其實係cocktails，味道酸酸甜甜，好解膩。China Colada 重梛子味😋&Hibiscus Soda 山楂洛神花梳打好fresh!
