Had a CNY reunion dinner with the colleagues in this much-advertised Chinese restaurant. We ordered a few combos. Two dishes of longevity noodles: one cooked with lobsters; and the other cooked with mushrooms. Both were nice. The meats were roasted goose and chicken. The steamed fish was standard as well, just debone yourself. We also got vegetables with assorted eggs, and a few bowls of hot rice.

Planned to order the crispy roasted pork belly too but it wasn’t available, so we replaced it with the celery and prawns stir fry. This single dish was $200 and the portion was surprisingly small. The celery and bell peppers were pretty raw.

If I was the boss, I’d rather get some deep fried shrimp toasts (however I guess they didn’t prefer deep fried items cos we already had quite many during CNY haha).
