在舊址已有光顧,現在也是常客,食物水準是很好。了解成本問題,人手有点緊張,但她們都努力服務。最近兩次光顧,看不到醒目的金髮老闆女坐鎮,感覺樓面會hea D.女員工們很好,但那男員工的不禮貌表現(好像是高級的)真令我對新新開始離棄。他只顧執枱,對我簡單落單要求,沒有反應。第二日午市,也找他下單,他更一走了之。多謝其它女員工,才能成功下單。這位carry 着有'宇亩哥’標記的對講機,真氣宇不凡,趕客功力深不見底。另一个同樣制服男同事,態度亦有助攻趕客之勢。最後只嘆:喜愛的食物及懷舊情懷雖在,但有這倆男員工,不幸矣

媽媽點名話去新新酒樓食懷舊金錢雞提早慶祝母親節,身為女兒的我,就訂位,訂位時我已經問了金錢雞於午市可有供應,我還問是否要先預訂,當時接線女士話早上11:30一定有得供應並不需要預定,於是我訂了六位。到5月4日到訪酒樓,黑衫部長幫我哋落單還問要多少件,怎知一會兒部長話已買完,當時大約午時12:30,我覺得其實燒味部根本冇預備有金錢雞供應,部長亦唔知道所以照替我哋落單。真係好氣憤,好嬲令媽媽失望,若只食普通點心就不需要在紅雨當日同行路要用扙幫助的媽媽由天水圍出到佐敦食慶祝母親節午餐。如果唔係話不需要預定,我一定會預定,旨在完成媽媽母親節心願,總結是不會再幫襯。

復活節假期前夕,屋企人建議去新新酒樓食晚飯。上到樓,見到佢貼咗不少明星曾經到訪過嘅相,感覺呢間餐廳大有來頭!我哋叫咗個4人套餐,有懷舊金錢雞、上湯加拿大龍蝦伊麵、海皇燴燕窩、碧綠炒龍躉球、清蒸龍躉頭腩、蒜香脆皮燒雞、瑤柱蛋白炒飯、福康蟠桃和送的紅豆沙。其中,海皇燴燕窩,燕窩向來是不少女士的心頭好,大廚再加入蝦等食材,口感更加豐富!蒜香脆皮燒雞的確係物如其名,燒雞皮脆脆的,不錯!碧綠炒龍躉球另配上蠔油,但係其實啲西蘭花唔點蠔油已經好味,不過稍嫌龍躉有點腥。去到尾聲有驚喜!餐牌無寫,但係贈送咗糖水,紅豆沙甜度適中,美味可口!

復活節假期前夕,屋企人建議去新新酒樓食晚飯。上到樓,見到佢貼咗不少明星曾經到訪過嘅相,感覺呢間餐廳大有來頭!

我哋叫咗個4人套餐,有懷舊金錢雞、上湯加拿大龍蝦伊麵、海皇燴燕窩、碧綠炒龍躉球、清蒸龍躉頭腩、蒜香脆皮燒雞、瑤柱蛋白炒飯、福康蟠桃和送的紅豆沙。

其中,海皇燴燕窩,燕窩向來是不少女士的心頭好,大廚再加入蝦等食材,口感更加豐富!

蒜香脆皮燒雞的確係物如其名,燒雞皮脆脆的,不錯!

碧綠炒龍躉球另配上蠔油,但係其實啲西蘭花唔點蠔油已經好味,不過稍嫌龍躉有點腥。

去到尾聲有驚喜!餐牌無寫,但係贈送咗糖水,紅豆沙甜度適中,美味可口!

2024年3月26日 星期二終於可以迎接復活假期,今晚決定同屋企人一齊出街食飯食好啲,所以就出咗去佐敦新新酒樓食飯一上到去餐廳就已經見到有唔少客人,差唔多坐滿晒全場,好彩去到嘅時候仲有一張枱夠我哋四個人坐,雖然枱與枱之間比較迫,不過總算都坐得舒適餐廳晚餐提供幾款唔同人數既全包宴,包晒茶芥同加一,而且仲包含唔少菜式添,為咗唔想嘥時間諗食乜,所以就決定要咗個晚飯A餐等咗一陣食物就開始陸續送上,首先有懷舊金錢雞,已經冇乜地方可以食到,因為步驟比較繁複,好多師傅都已經唔識整,呢一間餐廳竟然仲有提供,所以真係好驚喜,金錢雞其實將叉燒、雞潤同肥豬肉夾埋一齊,口感好豐富,完全冇油膩嘅感覺,幾款配料互相配合,食落好香口之後有蒜香脆皮燒雞,雞皮燒得好香脆,雞油炸晒出嚟,所以食落去唔油膩,而且雞肉好嫩滑,加埋炸蒜一齊食就更加滋味然後分別有碧綠炒龍躉球同清蒸龍躉頭腩,將龍躉分為兩食各有各特色,但兩種唔同既烹調方法都令龍躉肉仍然保持嫩滑,一啲都唔韌,個人比較喜歡炒龍躉球,因為咬落去啖啖肉,完全無骨,可以好放心咁去食再黎係上湯加拿大龍蝦伊麵,龍蝦既份量都唔少,起油完再同伊麵煮埋一齊再加上湯,令到伊麵吸收晒龍蝦同
