初十一朦朧的天色下跟一衆好友來到萬豪中菜廳來一場遲來的開年午飯^0^當日天色有點迷朦但亦無損雅興,我們一檯八人吃得非常盡興呢^0^新十五未過中菜廳還有喜慶的大吉和揮春點綴充滿節日氣氛~看見這艷麗菊花便知又可品嚐Ricky師傅的手勢了~期待^0^餸菜未到前當然要滿足小食家Matthew先啦!!他最愛係蝦餃,他更愛到一個吃盡4粒呢haha~先上檯係{三文魚撈起}金光奪目的金箔下鋪滿三文魚及各色繽紛配料,再由兩位美女幫手撈起,綵頭十足希望吃過撈起各位都風生水起,盆滿砵滿,萬事如意^0^跟著便上{點心拼盤}有魚籽燒賣~香檳蝦餃,天鵝蘿蔔絲酥~色澤絕美的香檳蝦餃加有矜貴金箔單是看巳滿足,內餡的蝦肉超足而且爽口彈牙不錯呀,而別緻的天鵝蘿蔔絲酥外皮鬆化內藏絲絲蘿蔔味道也很好呢~再來係一人一盅{松茸燉螺頭湯},還很記掛去年飲過Ricky師傅泡製的爵士湯,今趟的松茸燉螺頭湯也沒失威喔!!湯色清澈帶幽幽菌香味道確實迷人^0^{蜜餞叉燒皇}熱辣辣上場,侍應將蜜汁倒人熱石上營造沸騰效果令人垂涎三尺~叉燒厚切奉客,外層焦香甜美帶肉香

飯後甜品選了破格的{牛油果珍珠露}牛油果我向來愛吃但那稠稠的質感令我想像不了做糖水會如何!!好啦人生短短數十載豁出去吧^0^肯接受新事物總會帶來驚喜的,湖水綠的珍珠露入口清爽先嚐到像淡淡的蜜瓜味再回來便是牛油果的香味好特別的味道,而珍珠真的有珍珠般圓大為此品帶來點咬口,大家如有機會一定要嚐一嚐啊~
