🍴Brunch set $188/pp🍴-🥖BreadServe with vinegar and oil. 因為我唔食醋亦唔想食油就無點,包就係正常法包應有味道同口感。-🫕Starter- Melted Provolone- Parma Ham (aged 18 months)焗布旺倫芝士啱啱上枱熱辣辣可以瘋狂拉絲😆最鍾意呢種半溶狀態嘅芝士真係好好食🤤超足份量我哋最後都食唔曬🙈Parma ham有5️⃣大塊誠意十足,跟餐starter好少咁慷慨,質素亦不錯👍🏻Overall兩款前菜都好滿意,好味又足份量🧡-🍝Main- Pappardelle Beef Cheek- Chitarra King Prawn (+$15)慢煮牛面頰寬帶麵 - 手工意粉加上寬條麵掛汁程度一百分💯牛面頰軟腍入味份量亦不少,整體感覺不錯。大蝦海鮮濃汁黑細麵 - 呢款意粉口感相對爽口,意粉加左墨魚汁製作不過無乜味,配合埋蕃茄汁整體亦未覺有驚喜反正覺得有少少唔夾。大蝦肉質彈牙而且去左殼,輕輕一拉蝦頭已經輕鬆分離👍🏻小總結手工意粉偏硬身嘅口感始終都唔係我杯茶🥲-🍮Dessert - Tiramisu第一次見有砂糖鋪面嘅

第一次見有砂糖鋪面嘅tiramisu🤨,咖啡味唔重,口感幼滑,個人感覺純屬正常發揮,唔覺有傳聞中咁好食,因為好多人推老實講仲有啲失望😂

總結:brunch set 綜合計幾抵食,因為本來單價每樣都唔平。味道唔錯只係唔算太岩我口味,最滿意都係前菜⋯只能總結試過一次就可以。
