招牌嘅French toast果然好食,我同朋友都encore左,每人食左兩件🤤舖面嘅係份量generous嘅Seasonal truffle,下面Balsamic vinegar同埋好香好軟熟嘅Aged cheese🧀加上烘得香脆嘅多士全部一齊食口感同味道都幾好👍🏻另外仲有跟一小杯Truffle Tea,不過我覺得味道太濃,會搶左主角嘅風頭🤔 至於北海道帶子相對普通,加上少許truffle碎其實唔係太夾,個人覺得唔order都冇損失~

黎自瑞典嘅Frantzén’s Kitchen 🇸🇪一試北歐菜!呢味皇帝蟹係除French toast之外當晚嘅另一最愛😍蟹肉非常之鮮甜🤤配上亦同樣新鮮開胃嘅tomato & peach ‘ceviche’好夾!再加上微微wasabi同薑去調味做到提鮮嘅效果,出色👍🏻而Cod魚肉肉質嫩滑,調味用上yuzu同fingerlime,我都覺得還好👌🏻不過唔好魚嘅朋友就覺得有DD腥🤔
