初訪鮨宏平時多數去銅鑼灣、中環、尖沙嘴食omakase比較多聽友人講北角有間新omakase店所以就去探下店🤭無諗到又真係幾好係一間小店,大概10個位左右得一位師傅主打大部份也都係師傅自己準備//個人比較欣賞細節位例如個Tamago個質感乾濕度適中味道⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯我諗左好耐唔識點形容🫣😂總之食得出裡面花左唔少心思師傅都好有耐性講佢呢個蛋係點整//平時個人去食omakase有蠔的話,多數都係生既多比較少食熟既蠔師傅話今日呢隻蠔佢覺得呢個煮法可以更帶出蠔鮮味而不出所料 確實很鮮甜😋//磯煮糖心鮑魚同平時喺外面食到既有少少唔同平時出面多數係一大舊XXL鮑魚切兩片出來但佢呢個係細隻少少但原隻一開二上(反正我食得好爽)鮑魚炆後浸製15日將精華緊緊鎖喺鮑魚裏面,味道鮮甜,入口柔軟得黎帶QQ嘅口感再配上肝醬同少許壽司飯個肝醬味道調得啱啱好甘甜得黎又唔會影響到鮑魚嘅鮮味一入口有難以形容嘅滿足感//甜品有兩款兩款都係自家製一個係自家製橙Jelly🍊非常refreshing😋另一款係自家製豆腐乳芝士蛋糕🍰少甜而不膩(師傅後來送多左一個蜜瓜jelly比我地試,亦都係非常好味同清甜😋)//Co

多數都係生既多
比較少食熟既蠔
師傅話今日呢隻蠔佢覺得呢個煮法
可以更帶出蠔鮮味
而不出所料 確實很鮮甜😋

同平時喺外面食到既有少少唔同
平時出面多數係一大舊XXL鮑魚切兩片出來
但佢呢個係細隻少少但原隻一開二上
(反正我食得好爽)

另一款係自家製豆腐乳芝士蛋糕🍰
少甜而不膩
(師傅後來送多左一個蜜瓜jelly比我地試,
亦都係非常好味同清甜😋)

師傅大多都係偏厚切
一d都唔吝嗇
$880+10% lunch黎講
真係好飽肚
(我其實都算大食,都好飽下🫣)
會再去😛
不過下次打算試下晚市嘿嘿😁
