久唔久都想食下唔同地方嘅嘢食,川菜係比較少接觸,因為諗起川菜就會覺係麻辣酸辣比較重口味嘅菜式,水煮魚、酸菜魚都無食過;今次嚟到灣仔呢間試下正宗川菜,水煮魚感覺會比較辣,今次就試下酸菜魚先🤤餐廳性價比高,食物份量多,食完唔會好口渴👍🏻#川香閣招牌老圍酸菜魚 ($238 /小份)(另加兩配菜 鮮腐竹、嫩豆腐 各$28)話明招牌菜,緊係要試下,佢有四款魚選擇,鱸魚、江團、鴨嘴魚同桂花魚,我地揀左鱸魚;而辣度有大中小同唔辣,完全唔辣得酸就應該無咁好味,所以叫個小辣;小辣啱哂我哋呢啲唔食得好辣嘅人😬主角鱸魚大大塊,好滑無骨啖啖肉😝咸酸菜惹味酸度適中,裏面仲有一片片嘅菇有咬口,第一次食嘅酸菜魚令我對川菜有個好好嘅印象😎#金蒜粉絲蒸娃娃菜 ($68)上菜時熱辣辣,蒜香味濃,娃娃菜同粉絲索哂啲湯同蒜蓉味真係一流;食完比較重口味嘅酸菜魚再食番呢個菜中和一下,真係好夾👍🏻#糖醋排骨 ($98)排骨炸到好脆,唔肥,菠蘿多,醬汁開胃,薄片嘅紅綠椒香口唔辣,送飯一流😚
