一見到呢幅畫,就即諗起飄零燕~ 小海迪~侍應會捧住一盤麵包,俾我哋揀想要嘅口味,我哋就揀咗三款唔同種類試吓傳統瑞士芝士火鍋配櫻桃酒跟法包,原來係冇乜芝士味,反而好重酒味,雖然唔係太啱我口味,不過都係值得試嘅Raclette 烘瑞士(辣力芝士) 配新薯.酸洋蔥及酸青瓜仔,瑞士傳統頭盤之一,朋友話係必食的,口感略脆,獨特鹹味與微酸臭奇味,幾得意。瑞士炒牛仔肉配磨菇忌廉汁跟瑞士薯餅,味道似港式住家餸,好親切甜品係我最鍾意嘅蘋果批,即場要求寫字,餐廳都可以安排到,讚!另一個就係侍應哥哥介紹嘅焗大黃 (係瑞士特有的蔬果),向香港比較少食得到,食前會加少量酒精,配雲呢拿雪糕,酸酸甜甜幾得意,不妨一試
