五點幾同朋友經過海港城,咦之前先話銅鑼灣又排隊又米芝蓮,咁快開到黎仲要唔駛排隊喎!即刻走入去食個early dinner先入到去全部係Bar seat,一係對住個cooking counter一係對街境。首先會有個receptionist比menu你睇,排隊落單俾左錢就會有人帶你坐低等食。值得一提係我同友人兩個入去睇緊menu落單,之後就有強國遊客衝入越過我地話要食,結果就打尖仲企喺落單位慢慢磨,最後仲入座先。客人唔識排隊,做server或者receptionist冇理由唔識處理姐?我地叫左個類似豚角煮,但用嘅係安格斯牛肉配特製洋蔥醬(好似係),另外一人一碗醬油玉子拉麵。呢個好似係48$左右,整體唔錯,但又未去到好食到要encore或者有驚喜嘅地步。主角醬油玉子拉麵($118)出場。個湯好清好香,聞到多種複雜香味嘅味道。啜返啖先,個湯冇典型d醬油拉麵咁重口味咁heavy。再撈埋上面嘅黑松露醬,薄荷葉同洋蔥絲食,係好香好fresh好舒服。隻蛋係十級溏心,好慶幸自己落單果時有追加返,個蛋黃一入口就化哂喺條脷上便除左叉燒薄同d侍應扣d分之外,其實唔錯嘅。
