To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 東來順,中午飲茶同晚餐都試過,就係未試過呢度出名既火鍋,羊肉火鍋,今次一試,果然不同凡嚮。經理介紹,牛尾煲,肉質非常好非常冧,一咬就離骨,但我就覺得味道太甜。羊腰窩同薄切羊肩,果然無令我失望,加上東來順清湯雞鍋,羊既騷味唔太重但味道口感都非常濃郁,但係羊肉卷就普通,無乜特別。牛坑腩,牛本身質料非常好,唔太肥但好冧身,令人回味,其實和出面啲牛腩專門店比,有過之而無不及。最後叫左個4色圓,由於太飽,只食左一粒豬肉圓就停手 ,不過,豬肉圓入口就散開溶化,都幾好喎,其他就無食到,唔知味道如何。
