To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都想去試下烤魚,但香港唔知邊到好同抵食,最近聼fd介紹話【小魚兒】好食就去左尖沙咀分店試下。烤海鱸魚:鮮花椒BB豆花(小辣小麻),有好多款味道選擇、烤魚梗係要食辣啦!呢款係最經典既辣味烤魚、第一次食朋友推薦話必試。本身烤魚除左魚之外都仲有其他配菜、包括豆花、翠玉瓜、芽菜、木耳、寬粉。海鱸魚肉經過調味後加火烤,肉質嫩滑、啖啖肉、而且完全無腥味。豆花口感細膩,搭配魚肉,形成完美對比。 黃金組合:包括金菇、土豆、蓮藕、海帶。每次叫麻辣鷄煲/火鍋都必點,所以今次烤魚都叫左,最推薦金菇同蓮藕,吸收曬D湯汁精華都非常好食。竹蔗茅根:清熱解辣、好清爽。
