香港終於有釜飯食喇!!銅鑼灣真係一個美食天堂,哩度最近就新開左一間食日本釜飯同蕎麥既食店,岩岩去完日本既我都有d掛住日本既味道,哩日一於試下先!😆好彩係平日六點鬆d去食所以冇乜人,到我地坐底十五分鐘左右就幾乎full house😚 我地太好運喇!餐廳枱櫈都係用木製為主,係傳統簡樸日本風~釜飯都幾多選擇,有海鮮、肉類又有素食既飯。極上釜飯…我覺得叫哩個最正,因為有齊我想食既野!鰻魚、蟹肉,三文魚子仲有赤雞,仲有菇、扁豆,係好均衡既感覺😋 鰻魚雖然一開二,不過都好食,起碼冇食都有骨,連幼骨都冇嫁!肉質都幾嫩。蟹已經拆左肉,份量都唔少,不過要快d食,如果唔係碗邊既熱力就會整乾哂,變左蟹肉乾嫁喇😂 所謂既赤雞,其實係雞肉粒,去哂皮好健康😂 而每個釜飯餐都有配一set前菜,當中既足料茶碗蒸同凍豆腐都好好食😍松葉蟹腳天婦羅配抹茶蕎麥… 蕎麥麵可以揀冷或熱,哩個係冷食,又可以揀原味蕎麥或者抹茶蕎麥,我緊係揀哩個抹茶蕎麥啦!要認真㗳先食到少少抹茶味。旁邊有冷既蕎麥豉油汁,整體好清爽!蟹腳天婦羅炸粉夠哂脆口,雖然唔夠薄身,不過好彩夠鬆有好多空心氣泡,加上可以點埋旁邊既酸醋汁,所以食起上黎都唔太油膩😜 蟹
