人生第一次食omakasa ,真係好期待,去到鮨鶴,發覺喱到裝修好日式,好靜。我地坐左係bar枱,有大概4枱人,所以師傅都好忙。前菜3點:有未來粟米,湯葉同黑梅貝。勁鍾意食呢個未來粟米,一開始見佢係生嘅,仲覺得好搞笑,點知一食落去真係好清甜,完全冇草青味,食完一舊又想再食多舊。湯葉係日本豆腐皮,食落去淡淡嘅豆腐香味,有少少似我哋香港嘅腐竹,口感亦都幾好。黑梅貝係螺類咁,食落非常爽口彈牙。北海道珍蠔:呢個北海珍蠔真係不得了,非常鮮甜,而且好大隻,食完之後成個口腔都係嗰陣海水味同埋蠔,非常新鮮。玫魚子海膽茶碗蒸:喱個應該係我食過最好食嘅茶碗蒸,佢嘅魚子好大粒好鮮甜! 海鮮都新鮮,啲蛋索哂啲汁,正!海螺,北寄貝,平政,依左目:四個都係刺身,粒貝同北寄貝好爽口。店員話平政係比油甘魚高一個level, 我覺得口感食落同油甘魚差不多,新鮮! 依左目係火炙,所以食落香口。煮鮑魚:好入味,鮑魚唔韌,仲有冬菇!我覺得熟食仲正過魚生,可能我比較鍾意熱食!白蝦,春薑:職員話呢個白蝦係配青魚內藏(唔係好記得),食落口感我覺得有啲似魷魚。春薑係俾你係食壽司之前清一清個口,呢個春薑好好味,唔似平時喺壽司店食嗰啲一

今次就麻麻哋,個口感有少少唔鍾意,鯖魚同埋赤魚味道幾好,佢每個壽司都係會有調味,基本唔使點豉油都夠味。

呢三款壽司比較鍾意食牡丹蝦,個蝦上面仲有啲櫻花蝦同埋醬,非常濃味!毛蟹亦都唔錯,啖啖蟹肉。

好好飲,仲好足料,有魚肉,螺,好飲!

石桓貝,大拖羅,海膽,手卷:
個石桓貝好新鮮,上枱仲識郁嘅。大拖羅好厚身。第一次食咁多海膽嘅壽司,但食到最後有啲飽,就覺得有啲漏。手卷普通。
