一行六人食私房菜~呢個酒香花螺,用咗唔知花雕定係黃酒去浸過花螺加上芫荽,酒嘅味道唔會喧賓奪主反而突出左海鮮嘅甜味介紹返呢個江南百花雞,係老闆嘅得意之作,每日淨係會做一碟。要將成隻雞去骨去跟留返個雞皮(仲唔可以穿),將蝦膠釀入去。嗰啲雞肉呢就煮成個汁加上西蘭花。聽講係以前西關大少們食嘅粵菜。呢個台山焗蟹砵,下面係蒸水蛋。蟹膏嘅香味完全滲入咗個蛋度~鮮味無限。我最鍾意呢一道菜,睇落好簡單,但所有嘢都要新鮮同埋交到時間啱啱好酒糟馬友係食唔到酒糟嘅味道,但成條魚竟然係去咗骨,同埋非常之嫩滑。師傅嘅刀工同埋食材嘅新鮮可見一班成餐飯都好滿意
