有長輩請食飯,想坐得舒舒服服,又唔介意價錢,所以上網搵左尖沙咀冲菜。由聯絡訂立到選擇菜式,都可以自選配搭,感覺唔錯,以前食過好幾間私房菜都冇做,可能有d師傅退休,有d頂唔住個疫情。先講幾樣冇影相既:酒香花螺,酒香味及調味岩岩好,唔會浸到好實,可以。黃金鍋巴蝦多士,脆口,蝦滑彈牙/味道適中,幾好。豬肺湯,真係一人一碗,湯渣一大碟(唔算好多豬肺)我覺得收咁既價錢可以煲/燉多少少,會飲得滿足d,係夠濃同好飲既,豬肺洗得好乾淨。油浸野生筍壳魚,浸得過左龍……唔係岩岩痴骨,岩岩熟夠滑果隻,失望!古法燻鷹鯧,有煙燻香味,魚亦脆口入味,唔錯。蜜汁火方:似係用慢煮既方法煮金華火腿咁,非常之濃味,重咸重甜,要夾少少配埋個饅頭仔食,ok啦,如飲酒就一流因為好重味!蟹釀橙,蟹肉既鮮比甜橙味蓋過左,見人見智………我地一行十二人都覺得唔好食,老闆解釋呢個係食懷舊既宮廷菜,我個人就唔推介喇!四季豆………咪炒四季豆囉……鹽壳焗雞,賣相一流,雞夠滑,油飯/薑蓉都好食,唔錯。腰果露,第一次食好特別,少少甜幾得意!食後感,好多年前見朋友仔上去食,睇相都覺得唔錯。到自己初次去食,係咪咁大驚喜呢,就真係一般般;我明白一分錢一

先講幾樣冇影相既:
酒香花螺,酒香味及調味岩岩好,唔會浸到好實,可以。

黃金鍋巴蝦多士,脆口,蝦滑彈牙/味道適中,幾好。

食後感,好多年前見朋友仔上去食,睇相都覺得唔錯。
到自己初次去食,係咪咁大驚喜呢,就真係一般般;我明白一分錢一分貨,但我就覺得價錢略略貴少少……但計埋尖沙咀呢個地點……算合理既!
自帶酒水,12個人飲左9支。
