因為我同朋友都好鍾意食牛,所以揀咗呢間中環嘅高級日式燒肉omakase食一啲都唔失望,仲好驚喜添去到我哋坐吧枱,可以睇到師傅幫我地燒牛肉仲可以邊食邊問算係第一次食又貴又高級嘅烤肉我哋揀咗中間嗰set ‘Omakase Kiwami’因為佢一日只係serve 10setS, 因為我哋早到所以好好彩每食一到牛,都會問師父係咩部位首先係appetizer - 用紫菜包生牛肉配飯生牛肉入口即溶,配紫菜又香又脆第一味已經好好食更期待下面7cuts第一係牛既膊頭位-Shakushi,見到師傅真係烤左兩下,反一反就已經可以食啦配上蛋白加醬油,溶落去牛入面,拼埋來食好香嫩多汁可以咬出牛味第二係牛背脊-Fillet, 肉身比較厚,肉質咬起來比較乾,唔算juicy, 同膊頭位有得比較唔同口感同味道第三係牛既膊頭三角位-Daisankaku,好多汁食落去好甜,牛味好重肉質都算厚第四係牛既88肉位-Misuji, 肉質比三角位薄身,入口即溶,有牛油香味,但牛味較輕第五係牛既下手臂-Misuji Briand,肉質厚身,半成熟有咬口又有啲根位但個人比較中意食薄身既牛入口即溶既88肉最岩我第六係牛既前手肘-Tou

第一係牛既膊頭位-Shakushi,見到師傅真係烤左兩下,反一反就已經可以食啦
配上蛋白加醬油,溶落去牛入面,拼埋來食好香嫩多汁
可以咬出牛味

第七道就係重頭戲啦
係牛既Fillet入面中心位,一隻牛既好小範圍-Chateaubriand 牛柳,每日限量十份
先烤好牛柳,再焗六分鐘,然後調埋用牛油加蒜配個飯汁

果然係好好味
成餐飯睇得又食睇
又有師傅燒埋肉食,唔會自己燒到老晒
生熟軟硬程度剛剛好
好perfect
好想再encore
環境同服務都唔錯,下次帶埋男朋友去食先
