同屋企人提早過冬,由於好多餐廳都趁機加價,所以最終決去街市熟食中心,感覺即使加價都唔會太犀利🤔。第一次夜晚去熟食中心食晚餐,亦係第一次喺樓下街市買海鮮上去加工,估唔到又幾好味喎😯,啱哂一大班人嚟食。以下係我地自己買嘅海鮮加工:蝦我地揀左用豉油皇整,我印象中係$60/斤🤔。呢個蝦整得好好味,蝦殼炸到近乎可以食埋,豉油皇調得好香,少少鹹,如果送酒就一流。我地有兩桶蠔,分別揀左薑蔥蠔煲同炸蠔,印象中係$80/桶。由於我地D蠔好肥美,所以煮完都仍然大大隻,鮮美多汁!! 😋炸蠔炸粉好薄,增加酥炸口感。兩款口味中,我個人比較中意薑蔥款,一嚟薑蔥增添風味,二嚟無咁油膩🤤。花甲用最經典嘅豉椒炒,調味適中。不過由於我地等整人先上枱,職員可能喺廚房炒定先,所以到上枱果陣唔熱,有點可惜😐。最後蒸魚,印象中唔同整法唔同價錢,呢條魚好似一百左右。正正常常,唔會太老。另外叫左幾個小菜,分別有椒鹽鮮魷 $118呢個鮮魷有點失色,炸過龍,食落好乾、魷魚好硬又唔彈牙😫;拔絲咕嚕肉 $98拔絲就唔太覺,但肉多過肥,啱啱煮出嚟果陣仲食到少少脆。菜遠牛肉 $85牛肉分量唔少,而且唔會好韌,不過就油左少少。最後叫左幾碗白飯同汽
