To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友一早經過九龍灣工廠區，見到呢間一冰廳有粟米忌廉湯通粉好似幾吸引所以就入左去🤣 我見keep 住有客入泥堂食或者外賣，應該都幾出名😏😏沙嗲肥牛公仔麵配炒蛋及奶油豬我見個menu 有手指公所以試下，係正常既一般沙嗲牛麵，不過啲肥牛比較韌，而且肥仔數量比較少，可以唔洗試。不過個粉蛋幾好食，夠嫩滑🤓鮮粟米忌廉湯火腿通粉配煎蛋及丹麥多士個湯好重粟米味，如果喜歡飲粟米湯既就係試下，不過個人認為個通粉有少少淋，如果有歧少少彈性就perfect 啦～～

沙嗲肥牛公仔麵配炒蛋及奶油豬
我見個menu 有手指公所以試下，係正常既一般沙嗲牛麵，不過啲肥牛比較韌，而且肥仔數量比較少，可以唔洗試。不過個粉蛋幾好食，夠嫩滑🤓
