To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初四, 同屋企人去飲茶, 一行四人,黎到銅鑼灣皇室堡,聽講呢間八月花係新開的. 過黎試一試, 今日都幾多人出黎飲茶,要限時90分鐘.我地一共叫左8碟, 888 好意頭.1.     四喜臨門4粒燒賣,各有唔同配搭:1粒配乾瑤柱, 1粒配帶子, 1粒配發菜,1粒就富貴D配迷你鮑魚; 我就食左燒賣配迷你鮑魚, 但粒鮑魚就咸左少少, 燒賣都唔錯,夠彈牙,夠Juicy2.     花膠瑤柱灌湯餃 X 2花膠比較腥左少少,唔太軟身, 老人家應該食唔到,灌湯餃就大大粒,加賣D 湯一齊進食, 好滋味3.     鵝肝蟹子脆春卜卜脆, 十分香口, 值得推介,但就食唔太出有鵝肝味4.     一口鮑魚撻鮑魚配蛋撻, 幾match, 幾好味, 一咸一甜, 味道中和5.     蝦餃就一般,無咩特別,D蝦都算新鮮, 彈牙6.     椰皇棉花雞雞肉好鮮嫩, 有鮑魚片和魚肚short晒D 汁……好好味7.     椰皇燉燕窩都算足料幾多燕窩下, 奶味勁濃, 再配賣D 椰子肉.唔錯茶位每人$15; 另外有一碟前菜都係$15.
