今次係第二次食陳儀興,記得第一次係喺新蒲崗既火鍋店度打邊爐,估唔到原來佢依間分店係做潮式中菜,食過之後仲另我地一班朋友眼界大開鹵水鵝片…叫左個例牌4個人食份量岩岩好!鵝片厚薄適中又入味,底下仲有幾舊鹵豆腐鹵水鵝肝… 依個真係估佢咁到咁粉嫩!每片都好軟身,鹵得唔會太咸,真係食到肝臟既甘味!花膠北菇湯… 食過兩樣冷盤鹵水野,飲番啖熱湯先~兩碗share岩岩好。我出街食飯除非係叫套餐,如果唔係其實好少叫湯飲,不過朋友推薦我地一定要試依個湯,湯頭真係幾濃郁,每碗仲有兩隻花膠!不過如果可以再膠質d就好喇生醃膏蟹… 輪到其中一個主角出場喇!第一次食潮式生醃蟹,感覺係似韓國醬油蟹,不過就冇醬油蟹咁咸,食到d酒香之餘真係食到蟹味 依度係一隻既份量,可想而知隻蟹真係幾大隻!而且好夠膏嫁!生醃瀨尿蝦…黎到第二個主角!原來瀨尿蝦都可以生食同膏蟹一樣既汁,有d酒香,瀨尿蝦味都幾濃。魚露浸花甲… 我好似係第一次食依個煮法既花甲感覺好似前菜咁,魚露既咸鮮加上花甲既甜,好開胃!芙蓉香酥鵝… 原來係腐皮包住芋泥同鵝肉碎再拎去炸!依個想對比較膩,食一舊已經好滿足古法糯米酥雞… 早一日預訂左依隻「糯米雞」,真係不得不讚

反沙芋頭… 聽就聽得多,食就又係第一次。依加好多地方都冇整依個考工夫既反沙芋,外層好脆,入面既芋頭都仲有咬口,唔錯啊。
