To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋兩個人叫左白咖喱海鮮湯油麵、高佬麵配豬軟骨、玻璃魷魚配通菜加杯桔仔話梅水，甜品係椰香咖央多士🥰友人食白咖喱海鮮湯油麵，見佢食得津津有味，相信佢好滿意，見到碗麵都有大蜆、青口、蝦…都係足料我就食高佬麵配豬軟骨，係撈即食麵。醬汁太稀,冇掛住在麵上面，反而好多汁在底！豬軟骨夠諗夠入味。玻璃鮮魷配通菜加左少少辣椒，味道可以，不過D通菜就好幼好幼，望見就似莧菜，睇真先知原來係通菜😅至於甜品都幾香，椰香咖央多士吾明點解夾住中間係綠色，幾好味👍不過吾知點解，每樣食品都吾覺好熱，只覺和暖
