8月尾初秋次夏,行開油麻地,不如黎個打冷午餐。我們搵到依間潮州菜館,點咗:蠔餅用左咸鴨蛋做個脆漿,所以蛋味特別濃郁。蠔仔多又大粒,每口都係蠔仔為主,配上胡椒粉和魚露,超好味😋而且又唔會太油膩,佢哋好有心機做呢~生炸韭菜餃超酥脆香口,咬落爆汁,充滿著濃郁嘅韭菜味,豬肉多汁。有驚喜⭐️鮮雞粥雞油溶入粥內,好香雞味呀!雞肉咸咸哋、配粥好好味。米粒煲到開晒花,口感綿綿,帶雞香,仲有蔥粒、芫荽爽口,青香~滷水拼盤超多料,包羅萬有:鵝腸 -超爽口又入味豬大腸 - 超入味,洗得乾淨,肉質彈。粉腸 - 好粉既質感,又重五香滷水味。豬耳 - 好爽脆、肉質彈,充滿骨膠原。豬腩肉,肉嫩又帶五香味,尤其是肥豬肉部分,口感好得意。墨魚片,充滿墨魚香。仲有一配料好似紀花蚌,超級爽口🥰點少得紅腸,咸咸地好惹味😘仲有吸收晒滷水精華既爽口芽菜。配冰凍啤酒, 超窩心佢哋連杯都雪凍埋。
