To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前要一盅兩件就得上茶樓. 隨著幾年前添好運獲得米芝蓮加持以後, 點心店就遍地開花了. 可是我由於怕排隊, 所以咁多年都未幫襯過.今晚終於按捺不住, 8點多到達(過了吃飯第一個高峰期), 仍然全場接近滿座.好在今晚只有1個人, 幸運地喺門口附近搵到一張細枱.坐低店員就送上普洱茶一壺, 這茶都幾濃郁消膩的.要了一碗皮蛋瘦肉粥和韮王鮮蝦腸.皮蛋瘦肉粥粥底煲得很棉, 配料也很多. 同時送上蔥及脆片, 加強口感, 味道滿分.韮王鮮蝦腸, 腸粉很細滑, 蝦肉也很多, 是打成蝦膠的樣子, 淋上帶點糖味的豉油, 一百分!臨走前要了一個杞子桂花糕. 返到去我先放雪櫃雪一陣先食, 實在透心涼!桂花糕精瑩通透, 能夠看見完整的杞子和桂花, 有美感. 而且甜度不高, 非常合我意!下次來就會再試其他點心.
